We Put Our Customers First and Here’s the Proof

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do at Information Builders. We understand that a strong commitment to service is vital to their success, and this belief permeates everything we do. This means we must not only adapt our solutions to meet ever-changing data and analytics needs but also evolve the support we provide to such a dynamic industry.

In line with this commitment to customer success, in the last year, Information Builders’ Worldwide Customer Services developed several customer-driven innovations. A new “Search Initiative” allows customers to find quick and easy answers to their biggest questions when they have them using self-service capabilities. In addition, Information Builders introduced “WebFOCUS Usage Monitor” which provides customers with recommendations to maximize resources and detailed steps designed to guarantee a modernized BI and analytics environment.

While we’re proud of the recognition we receive for our innovative technology, the awards that directly recognize our work to improve customer satisfaction stand out the most. That’s why we’re thrilled to share that in the last several months our customer support team has been recognized by several industry programs for its outstanding work.

  • Stevies: American Business Awards  Named a Silver Winner for Customer Service Department of the year. In addition, Information Builders’ Technical Director, Mary Casull, was honored as a Bronze winner for the Tech Professional of The Year award.
  • SVUS Awards: Customer Sales and Service World Awards Named Silver winner for Innovation in Customer Service.

Although each of these awards highlight different components of Information Builders Worldwide Customer Services, it is great validation of the emphasis we place on our customers’ experiences. We understand that cutting-edge solutions are important, but the support offered is critical for success.
