A new “Search Initiative” allows customers to find quick and easy answers to their biggest questions when they have them using self-service capabilities. In addition, Information Builders introduced “WebFOCUS Usage Monitor” which provides customers with recommendations to maximize resources and detailed steps designed to guarantee a modernized BI and analytics environment.
