That’s why, we recently launched our new Global Partner Program to arm our partners with a comprehensive set of benefits, assets and resources to meet their business needs. Today, Pat Bernard, senior vice president, global partner business, shares how the new program is a win-win for the data and analytics industry.

Why did Information Builders launch a new partner program?

The data management, business intelligence and analytics market is flourishing, and our partners are among the many organizations around the world that recognize the inherent value of their information assets. Our new Global Partner Program is designed to better support growth-minded organizations in delivering data transformation solutions that help customers manage data, generate insights, take action and deliver measurable impact.

What are Information Builders’ goals for its Global Partner Program?

Partners are central to our success as a business. Therefore, our goal is to embrace them as a complementary – not competing – sales channel. Our program boasts low barriers for entry and robust resources for organizations that wish to partner on a deeper level so that it’s easy to engage with our company.

What resources are available through the Global Partner Program?

Information Builders is investing in its partners by providing access to deal registration, evaluation and demo software, marketing assets and enablement though the Global Partner Portal. A newly created Partner Success Framework also provides role-based learning paths for partner sales, pre-sales and post-sales professionals.

How are partners incentivized through the new program?

Aside from providing industry resources to meet a particular set of business needs, the program supports a wide variety of partner sales models – OEM, reseller, referral, and co-sell – that offers incentives, discounts, referral fees and deal registration to align with the unique business practices for each partner’s environment.
