ANALYSE – Using FOCUS Statistics

Long available in the FOCUS product, the ANALYSE language delivers descriptive statistics, analysis of variance (ANOVA), correlation analyses, exponential smoothing, multiple linear regressions, stepwise regressions, polynomial regressions, discriminant analyses, factor analyses, and time series analyses with forecasting. This session will tour and demonstrate the use of the ANALYSE and its integration with reporting.

System Files – How to Find out About Your Environment

Whether you’re looking for information about your data sources, columns within that data source or just want to see what functions are available in your specific version then this session is for you. Join us as we review the variety of system level files from SYSTABLE, SYSCOLUM to SYSSETS to get a better understanding of your environment.

Drill Down From WebFOCUS Reporting to Update Your Data

Have you ever looked at a line in a report and thought, “Hmmm…that’s just not right?”

WebFOCUS Maintain gives you the ability to drill down from that report and update your data. We will look at how to create a simple WebFOCUS report, create a Maintain application to update your data, and tie the two together.
