ibi Ranked as a Leader in Dresner Advisory Wisdom of Crowds 2023 Study

ibi was ranked as a Leader in the 2023 Dresner Advisory Services Wisdom of Crowds® Business Intelligence (BI) Study. ibi improved its position in the Customer Experience model this year as an Overall Leader, ranked as a Trust Leader in the Vendor Credibility Model, and maintained a perfect score for likelihood to recommend. 

The study found that the top objective for businesses using BI solutions is better decision making, followed by improving operational efficiency, cost savings, and revenue growth. According to the study, the top three BI initiatives for businesses are data security, data quality, and reporting, while sales planning and performance management, collaborative support for group-based analysis, and location intelligence continued to gain importance overall.
