Ali Ahmed, General Manager

Ali Ahmed is General Manager of the ibi business unit at Cloud Software Group, where he is also responsible for the TIBCO, Jaspersoft, Foresight and Data Synapse portfolio of products. Previously Ali was SVP of Engineering at TIBCO, where he led enterprise solutions engineering, products and technology.

Over his 21-year tenure at TIBCO/ibi, he has held a number of leadership roles across engineering, including Head of Global Engineering Services, and he brings deep expertise in delivering high quality products and managing large engineering teams worldwide. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an MBA from Osmania University.

Dan Ortolani, SVP and General Manager, ibi BU

Dan Ortolani is SVP and General Manager of the ibi business unit at Cloud Software Group, where he is responsible for the ibi portfolio of products. Previously Dan was VP of TIBCO and ibi Customer Support.

Throughout his 30+ year tenure at ibi, Dan held senior leadership positions in Product Management, Customer Support and GTM areas, where he led the creation, launch, and scaling of the company’s strategic products and award-winning customer support services. 

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Sacred Heart University and completed Stanford University’s Executive College program.

Adam Moulden, Director of Global Sales

Adam Moulden, the Global Head of Sales for the ibi business unit at Cloud Software Group, is responsible for all commercial revenue and customers globally, from Government to Enterprise. Over his seven-year tenure with CSG, he has held various sales leadership roles across multiple Business Units, starting when ibi was a standalone company. Adam’s expertise includes customer retention and partner management. His growth mindset is always centered around a “customer first” approach, focused on value creation. 

Adam holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in Business Administration from Coventry University, England.

Tony Li, Senior Director, Support Engineering

Tony Li is the Senior Director of Customer Support at Cloud Software Group for the ibi business unit. Throughout his 30 year career at ibi, Tony has consistently championed the customer, holding various positions which were centered on providing exceptional support and advocacy. His unwavering commitment to customer success is a hallmark of his leadership.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Science from Baruch College.

Joanne Gretzinger, Director, Account Technical Strategy

Joanne Gretzinger serves as the Director of Account Technical Strategy (ATS) at Cloud Software Group for the ibi business unit. With 35 years of experience specifically dedicated to Information Builders (ibi) technology, she is known for her innovative leadership, ability to foster strong teamwork, and commitment to accountability. This extensive background positions her as a key asset in managing complex technological environments and ensuring successful client outcomes. 

Joanne holds a Master of Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.

Bhavesh Patel, Senior Director, Systems Software

Bhavesh Patel is the Senior Director of Development for the ibi business unit at Cloud Software Group. Bhavesh brings over 30 years of extensive technological experience, having served in various capacities throughout his career.

Bhavesh is particularly skilled at strategically aligning development efforts with key business objectives, demonstrating a strong focus on measurable outcomes. His passion for technology is a driving force in his work.

He is also a strong advocate for continuous improvement through Agile processes and excels at introducing innovative technologies across different teams, and products. This approach has been instrumental in transforming critical company products into significant competitive advantages.

Bhavesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Angie Hildack, Senior Manager, Product Management

Angie Hildack is the Senior Manager of Product Management within the ibi business unit at Cloud Software Group, where she leads the Product Management and Marketing teams for the entire ibi product suite. Her responsibilities include prioritizing development projects to align with market trends and customer needs, collaborating across teams for product and release launches, and connecting with customers across various virtual and in-person events.

Angie joined ibi in 2009 in Customer Support and held multiple roles in the support organization before moving to Product Management in 2021. Prior to ibi, she worked as a web developer/designer across various organizations. Angie holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from St. Mary's College of Maryland.

Porter Thorndike, Principal Product Strategist

Porter Thorndike is a Principal Product Strategist at Cloud Software Group. Porter is a proven thought leader in the data and analytics space with over 25 years of experience spanning sales, engineering, marketing and product management.  At Cloud Software Group Porter specializes in market research, product development and working directly with our Customers.  Porter's subject matter expertise spans the Analytics and Data Integration platform offerings.  Porter directly influences the product roadmap through his deep market research activities and leadership of Customer Advisory Council activities. Before taking on the Product Strategist role Porter was a Principal Product Manager of Cloud Software Group's Analytics, Streaming, Data Science and Data Virtualization offerings

Prior to joining Cloud Software Group Porter worked directly with Customers to help them innovate.  Porter is most proud of his work with Customers in the financial services sector where he worked through the entire life cycle of Proof of Concept to sale to the deployment of Customer-facing applications with multiple deployments exceeding 1 million users.

Porter holds a business degree with a focus in management information systems from the University of Vermont.

Gil Rodriquez, Director, QA Engineering

Gil Rodriguez is the Director of QA Engineering for the ibi business unit at Cloud Software Group, where he leads quality engineering functions and release management for the ibi WebFOCUS products. Over his two decades of experience in the software industry, he has held leadership positions in Quality Assurance and Product Management. Gil is a results-driven leader who excels at building, mentoring cross-functional globally distributed QA teams, cultivating a culture of strong commitment to quality, collaboration and continuous improvement, all to deliver high-quality products to ibi customers.

Gil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The City College of New York.

Dave Pfeiffer, Director, User Experience

Dave Pfeiffer leads the User Experience practice for the ibi business unit at Cloud Software Group. Dave joined ibi in 2020 and quickly stepped into the leadership role for the UX design team. Dave leverages his extensive experience in enterprise-scale platform design, visual design exploration and storytelling, and UX best practices to shape and drive product design innovation and strategy across the ibi platform. With a unique perspective, informed by decades of practical experience across multiple design disciplines, Dave applies a holistic approach to creating impactful and delightful user-focused product design solutions.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from The College of New Jersey.
